Why I founded PeopleVantage

After 15 years working in high-growth technology businesses, from global organisations like Expedia to early-stage and maturing scale-ups, I kept seeing the same tension play out.

Businesses wanted to grow faster, perform better and scale successfully. At the same time, they wanted to protect their purpose, culture and the things that made them successful in the first place. Too often, these were treated as competing priorities. Performance came at the expense of culture, or culture came at the expense of performance.

I experienced both sides firsthand. I saw what happens when growth and performance are prioritised without enough attention to people and culture. I also experienced values-led organisations where strong culture wasn't matched by the accountability and performance needed to sustain growth.

That tension is why I founded PeopleVantage.

I believe purpose and performance can, and should, strengthen each other. The challenge for purpose-led founders is navigating the organisational, cultural and leadership shifts required to make that happen as the business grows.

PeopleVantage exists to help them do exactly that: turn moments of scale and change into defining breakthroughs, strengthening leadership, culture and the People foundations needed to grow with purpose.

I work as a fractional People leader, executive coach and thought partner to founders and leadership teams, combining strategic perspective with practical delivery and a strong morale compass.

I also work with leaders and teams in both English and German.

Because sustainable growth isn't just about how fast you grow. It's about what you build while you're growing.
