With 15 years’ experience partnering with exec teams in tech and fintech—from scale-ups to global giants across the UK, EMEA, and the US—I am passionate about turning business needs into people solutions that actually work. Whether it’s doubling engineering teams, entering new markets, or reshaping leadership and org structures for the next big leap, I help build cultures that power business ambition.

I’m especially energised by working with businesses and leaders at inflection points—professionalising People functions, scaling with intention, or navigating complex transformations. I also coach leaders at career crossroads, supporting them as they step into new roles, grow in scope, or lead through change.

From rolling up my sleeves to solve People challenges, to acting as a thought partner to founders and execs—I bring commerciality, creative problem-solving, and integrity. I’ve been a People nerd since graduating from the LSE with a MSc in International Human Resource Management. As a certified Executive Coach (AoEC), I’m committed to ethical and impactful work.
